We’d like to clarify that while Happiest Baby has introduced a premium subscription feature for their app, the SNOO bassinet can still be used without any additional cost.
All the essential functions—such as controlling sleep levels, volume, and notifications—remain free. The new paid subscription service offers optional advanced features like tracking sleep patterns and customising responsiveness, but it is not required to operate your SNOO. So, whether you’re renting or using the SNOO without a subscription, you can rest assured that the core functionalities are fully available to you

What if I would like to end my SNOO hire early? Can I receive a refund?
While we always hope that SNOO will bring positive changes to your little ones sleep, we know that all babies are different and that one solution does not fit all! Our minimum 2 week rental period is unfortunately non-refundable; however we are happy to refund any remaining time in your SNOO hire minus a $25 fee.
Is there a bond? If yes; how much is it?
A $300 bond is placed on your credit card for the duration of your SNOO rental. This will be returned to your card within 48 hours of the return of the SNOO.
Can I extend my booking past the initial end date?
Yes! If you are happy with how your initial SNOO hire period has been going, we can process an extension for you to your new preferred date.
Do I need to clean the SNOO before I return it?
No - after the SNOO is returned at the completion of your hire, we will sanitise and disinfect with an ultra hot steam clean before the SNOO heads to its next temporary home.
My baby is 3 months old - am I too late to try?
While every baby is different, we have had amazing results with babies even 16 weeks old. It’s never too late to try!
Do you offer delivery?
Yes we do. Delivery is $50 including return pick up at the completion of your booking. Please get in touch if you are located in Regional Victoria for a delivery quote.

Where can I pick up from?
Pick up is available from Hampton or Armadale.
