No, you can use the SNOO bassinet without a subscription.

We’d like to clarify that while Happiest Baby has introduced a premium subscription feature for their app, the SNOO bassinet can still be used without any additional cost.

All the essential functions—such as controlling sleep levels, volume, and notifications—remain free. The new paid subscription service offers optional advanced features like tracking sleep patterns and customising responsiveness, but it is not required to operate your SNOO. Whether you’re renting or using the SNOO without a subscription, you can rest assured that the core functionalities are fully available to you

While we always hope that SNOO or the Babyzen YOYO² will bring positive changes to your family, we understand that every family’s needs are different.

Our minimum 2-week rental period is unfortunately non-refundable; however, we are happy to refund any remaining time in your hire minus a $25 fee.

A $300 bond is placed on your credit card for the duration of your rental for either the SNOO.

There is $150 bond for the Babyzen YOYO².

This will be returned to your card within 48 hours of the return of the product in good condition.

Yes! If you are happy with your SNOO or Babyzen YOYO² hire, we can process an extension for you to your new preferred date.

No – after the SNOO or Babyzen YOYO² is returned at the completion of your hire, we will sanitise and disinfect with an ultra-hot steam clean before it heads to its next temporary home.

While every baby is different, we have had amazing results with babies even 16 weeks old. It’s never too late to try!

Yes we do for an extra fee.

Delivery is $60 including return pick up at the completion of your booking. Please get in touch if you are located in Regional Victoria for a delivery quote.
